Уважаемый генеральный директор Укрпочты! Обеспечте свою курьерскую службу транспортом, либо посылки курьеру видимо приходится тащить на себе пешком. Иначе как объяснить доставку по городу Киев? Вот уже вторые сутки прошли, а курьер так и не добрался до адресата.
Будь ласка, поясніть мені, що це за послуга вказана на вашому сайті: "15 грн - за адресний паркан або адресну доставку відправлення; 30 грн - за адресний паркан і адресну доставку відправлення." Який такий ПАРКАН ви маєте на увазі? Мабуть це такий же паркан, що виробляють з залізобетону деякі "фірми" під назвою ЕВРОПАРКАН. :)
Итак, несчаться вы бездарные, когда работать собираемся??? На хрена там сидеть, если вы ничего не делаете. Метлы в руки и вперед мести улицы, мыть общественные туалеты, а не в офисах они сидят. Там должны сидеть люди хоть с каким-то уровнем развития. Я уже отправила кучу заявок на курьерскую доставку, ноль, мать вашу звонков я получила в ответ!!! На хрена вот эти рекламки о том, что эта доставка у вас вообще есть. Долбанутое отделение 02055, славится своей "ярчайшей работой", там сидят представители "великих умов" (оно и не удивительно за 7000 грн, умные не пойдут). Так вот забрать посылку там не реально. По этому я жду звонка, что моя заявка принята и посылку я все же получу, СЕГОДНЯ!!! Или я буду строчить сплошной негатив о вашей работе, и звонить каждые пол часа, задалбливая всех операторов
Добрый день.Заполнила форму курьерской доставки вчера . Сегодня даже не позвонили.. сегодня тоже заполнила форму тишина.. позвонила на горячую линию данные взяли. И снова молчание.. пошла бы сама забрала. Но дома с гайморитом не могу. В итоге наверно не увижу свою посылку.. когда уже смогу ее забрать или обратно отправят или за хранение надо будет платить.. Почему у нас так работает Укрпочта.. ??
