Чи можна замовляти посилки на інше відділення укрпошти, окрім того віділення де є фактичне місце проживання замовника?
Я загубила паспорт,а тут якраз посилки з Китая почали надходить. Так як я документа немаю,то чоловік пішов на пошту #8 в Черкасах. Посилку недали хоч і свій паспорт старого зразка показував(там же всі записи є). Та і свідоцтво про одруження теж було. Просто незахотіли дивитись. А що цікаво ,лист заказний який адресовано мені-дали! Як це????Лист дали,посилку -ні. Дозвонитись неможна.Трубку ніколи неберуть. У них хоч перевірки бувають.
Отримали посилку лише , коли зробили i вiддали ксерокопiю паспорта громадянина Украiни. Це ше що таке ? Змiнiв у законодавствi не знайшла, чи не знання своiх правил ???
Раніше часто замовляла відправку через Укрпошти. Ніколи ніяких нарікань не було. Останнім часом багато інтернетмагазинів не відправляють замовлення Укрпоштою. І якщо потрібно дуже швидко отримати, то це теж не про Укрпошту. Якщо є можливість почекати 4 дні, то Укрпошта для вас. Це дешевше, ніж Нова пошта. Сьогодні отримую 2 замовлення. Задоволена.
Доброго дня Маю таке питання чи можу я відправити на Польщу закордонний паспорт ?
здравствуйте если у меня есть паспорт гражданина Украины но мне нет 18 я же могу забирать посылки из другой страны?
Чи можна не оплачувати і не забирати посилку. Якщо її прислали шляхом обману. І оголосили цінність 650 грн, за товар який я не замовляла. Сказали, що подарунок....
Сегодня хотела забрать ден.перевод (наложенным платежом отправляла посылку) сумма 90грн. Предоставила водительское удостоверение, на электронке есть сканы паспорта - предоставила; но, нет! Нужен паспорт!!!! Ребята, вы что с ума сходите??? Тем более спрашиваю для чего? Нужно данные ввести. Данные есть в эл.виде, но это не котируется! Зачем??? Меняйте свое отношение к клиенту!!!
